Rule 101
No contact with radio, television or newspaper
: Armed police personnel shall not publish any article in any newspaper or broadcast on radio or television under their real or fictitious name or anonymously without obtaining the permission of the Government of Nepal. However, if such publication or broadcast is of literary, artistic, historical or scientific and commercial subject, such approval shall not be required.
